How to use

You can get started with Lycamobile by following these easy steps:

1. Insert your Lycamobile SIM Card into your mobile and switch it on.
2. Activate your SIM online at www.lycamobile.fr or call 323 and you will receive your phone number via SMS on registration. You will need to communicate the number on the reverse of your pack and your personal details.
3. You are now ready to make and receive calls.
4. Do not forget to send us the form enclosed in your pack with a copy of your ID.

HelpIf your mobile phone is locked it may show one of the following messages when inserting your Lycamobile SIM: 'Invalid SIM' or 'Insert SIM'. Unlocking your mobile phone is easy – simply call our Customer Services team on 322 for advice.

You can buy Lycamobile top-up vouchers online at www.lycamobile.fr or from your local retailer. Lycamobile is available at over 68,000 stores across France. The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel.

• Dial 321 from your Lycamobile and follow the instructions

Topping-up online is the most convenient way to top-up your Lycamobile.

• Register your Lycamobile SIM online at www.lycamobile.fr
• Top-up your mobile instantly online using a debit or credit card

To top-up your balance while you are abroad:

• Dial +33 751 00 03 21 and follow the instruction

To check your balance using your Lycamobile in France, either:

• Enter *131# , press send, and your balance will shown on your mobile phone screen or
• Dial 321 and listen to your balance

To check your balance while you are abroad:

• Dial +33 751 00 03 21

Your Lycamobile voicemail service has been automatically activated.

Using your Lycamobile voicemail you can:

• Listen to messages left for you
• Record a personalised welcome message
• Select your preferred language
• Set your voicemail access code to access your voicemail from other phones 

To access your voicemail from your Lycamobile in France

• Dial 121

To access your voicemail from another phone or abroad

• Simply use your Lycamobile to call the voicemail menu and follow the instructions to setup a voicemail access code. 

To access your voicemail from another phone or abroad

• Dial +33 751 00 01 21 and follow the instructions

You can select the language to be used for your Lycamobile voicemail and top-up service. To select your preferred language simply:

• Dial 321
• Select the ‘Settings’ menu
• Select the ‘Change Language’ option
• Select your preferred language

You can view your Lycamobile number on your screen

• Enter *132#
