Free Calls from Pakistan

This service is only valid between Lycamobile customers and Zong mobile customers. Lycamobile customers must purchase a Zong mobile bundle to receive calls free of charge from Zong mobile numbers. Customers are advised to check they have received the activation confirmation text before using the service. It is the responsibility of the Lycamobile customer to provide the service and any costs to callers from Pakistan. Lycamobile UK does not take responsibility in case of bad encoding or any other reason and no refund will be given. The bundle numbers are valid for 30 days and are subject to Auto-renew at the expiry date. In the case of Auto-renew the bundle validity is automatically extended. Lycamobile reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions or to stop the service within a reasonable time.
